It was supposed to be a match in which both clubs would try to realize their ambitions. On one hand there was Liverpool trying to get into a Europa spot while Chelsea were trying finish ahead of both Tottenham and Arsenal, who were breathing down their neck.
But for all that this match was hyped up to be, one man stole the entire show. Suarez appeared to bite into Ivanovic’s arm in the 74th minute of play, and this was after his handball gave Chelsea a penalty that allowed them to take the lead.
He somewhat redeemed himself just seconds from time though, heading in the equalizing goal in the 96 minute to end the match 2-2.
